mip-sticky-ad组件 #716

BUG 描述
广告容器组件mip-sticky-ad如果在首页进入时没有关闭，跳转到其他页面时，屏幕最顶部会固定有一个高达将近100像素的空白区域，并且会覆盖掉页面最底部100像素的内容。只有在一开始进入页面时，关闭再跳转其他页面才不会显示出来

期望结果
即使不点击关闭，跳转其他页面时也不会占据屏幕底部的位置
