otf run hangs at the very first step

Hello,

I am having a problem with flare_otf. The run hangs at the very first step at the following lines :
Calling DFT...
DFT run complete.
Number of DFT calls: 1
Wall time from start: 0.00 s
Time of Run DFT: 0.00 s

After this no output files are written but the cpu time is consumed whole.

I am attaching the yaml and job submit script as txt files for reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
