💡 Summary

以前まではMisskey起動時にRedisへの接続が失敗している場合、そもそも起動しなかったのに対し、v13からはRedisへの接続が失敗していてもとりあえず起動してしまい、初期アカウントの登録までできてしまう。

🥰 Expected Behavior

Redisへ接続できないとエラーが出る

🤬 Actual Behavior

とりあえず起動して管理者アカウントの登録までできてしまう。

📝 Steps to Reproduce

  1. Redisに繋がらない状態でMisskeyを起動する
