Hello! after Vagrant 2.2.7 released on Jan 27 2020. Something went wrong with new version and plugin vagrant-aws
Please try downgrade to Vagrant 2.2.6.
It is work for me
Windows 10 1903
Vagrant 2.2.6
vagrant plugin install --plugin-version 1.0.1 fog-ovirt
then
vagrant plugin install vagrant-aws
Please help to resolve it with new Vagrant 2.2.7 version :)
