Tag fetcher: add selector for preferred size, improve cover caching

Bug Description

• It would be nice to have the size selector in the dialog itself, not only in the preferences.
• use the size pref (enum int) for the cache key
• keeps all cached images, triggers another request if size pref is changed while a release/cover is already selected and the preferred size is not cached, yet
