No menu bar with ubuntu unity in full screen mode #6072

There was a similar bug I cannot find ... so here is a new one.
With ubuntu unity the mixxx menu bar is displayed in the top panel and it disappears in full screen mode.
So if the user does not know the "F11" hokey, it is hard to switch back to window mode.
The attached patch solves the problem. It also gives the preferences dialogue an window icon and shows it again, if it is hidden behind the main window.
Is MacOS also effected by this bug? Or do we need something special for it?
