Check Accessibility on mobile devices

Deque comply tool does not check devices, we will need to test heliotrope by a person using a mobile device that knows how to use accessibility features of a mobile device.

• work with D&D team to gather a pool of users who are proficient in using assistive technology on mobile devices.
• have users do basic tasks from supplemental content usability testing.
• create new tickets to address problems that arise during usability tests.
