Skopos "Show Network" enabled by default

As far as I have been able to tell, every time a new vessel is launched, "Show Network" acts as if it has been enabled in the map view, hiding all "normal" commnet lines (although "normal" ground stations stay visible). The "Show Network" button in the Skopos window must be turned on and then off again for non-telecom commnet connection lines to appear in the map again.

Related to #9, as the "Show Network" button being enabled by default appears to trigger that bug as well (although the actual cause is likely unrelated)
