🪲[Bug]: Hovering Effect missing for login and social media icons

Describe the bug
The hovering effect is missing for the login and social media icons on the footer section.

Expected behavior
When the login button is hovered it will change the color.

Additional context
I am working under GSSoC'24
Please assign this issue to me. I want to do this task.
