Manage product quantity in cart , plus minus button for inc and dec the quantiy of product in cart

• After adding the item in cart we just have functionality to remove the item from cart but we don't have any option to manage the quantity of the item .
• there i can add the two buttons + , - from which user can change the quantity of that product.
• if user will try to dec the quantity less then 1 then product will be removed from the cart.
• for example i am adding the image of our current cart and also what i will do
  - I would like to work on this feature , could you please assign this issue to me under GSSOC'24 label?
