Feature request: automatic updates

It would be great if twitlatte could check for new tweets periodically. Sometimes I forget to log into Twitter for a few days or a week and I miss a bunch of stuff. Having a configurable refresh rate from 5 - 1440 minutes would be very helpful for me.

I would prefer from from 0 for those who don't want automatic updates.

That was implicit in my head. Have a toggle switch to enable/disable automatic update, and then a refresh knob; either a drop-down selector, or a numeric entry field.
