In the latest run of the externally managed content pipeline, a change was reverted for an xref from medgen.

The latest medgen.obo file does have the correct xref for MONDO_0003406 to UMLS:C4042891, however in the mondo-ingest repo the file still currently in the externalclingenedgenefo branch has the previous xref mapping.
