Describe the bug
Current logging scheme depends on relative paths and local files and for this reason does not support packaging.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Run pip install .
Run cast-sh or python3 -m cast (from outside the repo)
Go to http://0.0.0.0:5000/ via browser
Login
See error

Expected behavior
A terminal should be made available
