License and exercises

The current licensing solution uses custom commands to redefine \maketitle.

However, exercises typically do not have titles.

A solution is as follows:

Create/use

\exerciseStyle

to redefine \maketitle to play well when the the \title and \abstract are missing.

add \maketitle to exercises.

Once

\exerciseStyle

is implemented, this can be solved easily by using a multi-file search replace within an exercise directory.
