Questionnaire accessibility

While I admit that interfaces like this (drag and drop to sort topics according to preference and others) look sexy and modern, there is often problem with accessibility of them. How could visually impaired students or users with various movement disorders (having difficulty to drag and drop) fill the questionnaire? I know that Moodle itself has some space for improvements here, but generally accessibility should not be ignored.

This issues does not block the approval, just reporting it here for eventual future development.
