I wonder why Qt.py got changed into qt-py... I guess we should review the Travis PyPi settings and setup.py.

From what I understand, all downloads are no longer performed from the old PyPi but instead they are now downloaded from the new one. I think that you need to upgrade to a new(er) setuptools in order to be able to package for the new PyPi.

Hm...

Starting from version 8.1.2 pip replaces dots in packages names with dashes when building a URL to open on PyPI server.

pypa/pip#3677
