Description:
The reporting button is no longer displayed in video full screen mode. Default, theater and mini player modes are not affected.

Steps to reproduce:

Install the extension (v. 2.0.6) (via about:debugging) and complete onboarding.
Access YT and click on any video.
Switch between the different viewing modes – default, theater mode, mini player and full screen
Notice the button is displayed in all viewing modes EXCEPT full screen

Actual:
The reporting button is not displayed in video full screen mode.

Expected:
The reporting button should be displayed in video full screen mode as in the case of the other viewing modes.
