Affected platforms:
iOS 13.1.2

Firefox version:
23.0 (17297)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Firefox and login using a Firefox Account.
  2. Tap on Manage Account & Devices.
  3. Tap on "Add" button from the Account picture area.
  4. Tap on “+Upload” button.
  5. Select “Take Photo” option.

Expected results:
The taken picture is successfully set as the account avatar.

Actual Results:
The camera does not work in order to set the Firefox account avatar. The screen is black.
