[Task]: Fix missing query parameters from swagger documentation

Description

Except for pagination, documentation for query parameters for all our APIs are missing in swagger. Examples:

• q for the add-ons search
• filter for the version list
• lang everywhere (see also [Bug]: TranslationSerializerField represented as string in swagger schema, though it requires a dicitonary input #14958)
• And a few dozen more...

To find them we could start by looking at the manually written docs: grep ':query' docs/topics/api/*.rst.

• If the issue is ready to work on, I have removed the "needs:info" label.
• If I have identified that the work is specific to a repository, I have removed "repository:addons-server" or "repository:addons-frontend"
