[Task]: Visualize our docker image build path

Description

WE can use https://github.com/patrickhoefler/dockerfilegraph to create a diagram of our dockerfile in CI to keep an up to date visual flow chart of how our image is built. This would be useful for understanding the current build flow and how the stages/layers relate to each other.

1. A workflow that runs on push to master that creates a diagram of the docker image build (maybe actually put in docs make file to make it work locally as well... idk)
2. A link in our docs to where that file will be.
