[3.0] No such host known, Devfee, port 4416

Very often I get this:

There is nothing I can do about it. When mining for myself, miner connects to Https without any problems. When Devfee mining happens, everything fails. Very annoying.

1)feature request: once the above happens, miner should close and restart, not just sit there ildly.
