Important Information

Provide following Information:

Reproduction steps

load any video with --cover-art-files

Expected behavior

The option should only work for audio files

Actual behavior

All video files are also affected

Hmm yes the manual clearly says while playing audio, but it works for anything. --cover-art-auto works as advertised at least.

It introduced another side effect, as you can see from the log. The video quickly reached EOF. The original duration of vid is ignored.
