Error Message for Discontinuities

When a discontinuity (e.g. changing a parameter value from a non-zero value to zero at a particular timestep) throws an error message, it would be helpful to remind the user to check the advanced settings in the Options tab. The issue might be that the timestep is not listed as a critical time or that the tolerance needs to be adjusted. Thanks!
