The user is not able to navigate using Ctrl + Alt + Arrow keys on Grading scheme table.

Description: AT users will face difficulty in navigating to appropriate cell as table is not navigable in scan mode using table navigation shortcut key ‘Ctrl + Alt + Arrow key’.

Environment (OS, Application, Versions):
OS Build: Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 (22621.450)
Edge Browser: Version 104.0.1287.1 (Official build) dev (64-bit)
URL: -https://office365.instructure.com/login/canvas
Canvas Username: v-amanm
Teacher account Username: [email protected]
Screen Reader: NVDA

Repro Steps:
1.Open the above URL on Anaheim Dev Browser and login with valid Canvas credentials.
2.Dashboard page will be open.
3.Navigate to the courses under ‘Published Courses’ heading using tab key and select anyone.
4.Assignments page will be open.
5.Navigate to +Assignments button and activate it.
6.Create Assignment page will open, navigate to ‘Display Grade as’ and select ‘Letter Grade’.
7.Activate ‘View Grading Scheme’ and navigate the table using ‘Ctrl + Alt + Arro key’ and observe the issue.
8.Activate ‘View Grading Scheme’ and observe the issue.

Actual Results: The user is not able to navigate the table using table navigation shortcut key ‘Ctrl + Alt + Arrow key’ on Grading scheme table.

Expected Results: The user should be able to navigate using Ctrl + Alt + Arrow keys on Grading scheme table.

Additional notes: Issue is repro throughout the application,
The keyboard focus indicator is not visible properly on ‘Done’ button.
On the Speed Grader page, the user is not able to differentiate between the keyboard focused control and a non-keyboard focused control.
Keyboard focus indicator is not visible on add rating button at ‘+ Rubric’ page.
