User Story: As an SSE member wanting to submit a post to the website, I would like the ability to edit my posts that are in review if I'd like to make changes to them, so that I don't need to ask a website developer to delete the PR and have to resubmit the post.

Kind of related to #44 it's kind of annoying that members cannot edit their own posts that are in review. We can easily with the GitHub API detect if they have any open PRs and show them in the post list view as posts they are able to edit. Then when they go to submit their changes we can push to the branch that is in PR which can be treated as a PR update.
