In ModelicaByExample/Functions/Nonlinearities/InverseQuadratic.mo, the algorithm specified is
x := sqrt(b*b - 4*a*(c - y))/(2*a);
but it should be
x := (-b + sqrt(b*b - 4*a*(c - y)))/(2*a);
