Looks good to me. I'm going to go ahead and merge it in to development instead of master. We'll eventually cut a 1.4.2 release from development. I'll also merge this into 2.0.0. Thanks! |

Fixes #91. Move primaryKey injection earlier so it can successfully find/merge duplicate objects within a response. This involved a bit of refactoring to do cleanly.
