In seaborn objects how can I set the tick label of a continuous-scale axis to display numbers with leading zeros?

In the MWE below I'm trying to set the x-axis tick label with a leading 0 (i.e., 00, 01, 02, ..., 09). But I was not able to make it work. I assume my format pattern "{x:02}" is wrong. Thank you.
