[IMPROVEMENT] - SERVERFOLDERS: Ability to collapse folders by clicking on inline icon.

Describe the solution you'd like
There is a feature in server folders that adds the folder's icon to the top of the server list in the extra column. I suggest the ability to be able to click on this extra icon to close the folder.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, the only way to close a folder is to scroll through your folders list and find which one is open and close it from there. I have a lot of folders, so this solution can be annoying and time consuming.
