Make default installation more default-y

This is a meta ticket for reference in future.

Have more default templates/text, document customisation of them, and consider if any text should be in the database (owner, "live/demo/test/trustworthy" status, licensing?) or just more templated. Coverage - list of types would be good to automate, definitely. Min/max co-ordinates?

It's just that without this people might do lots of effort to setup MapIts for themselves, and then other people won't benefit because they'll google for 'boundaries lookup for $country' and not find anything, which would be a big shame/massive waste of effort, so some good SEO would be nice.
