-text_mining_requirements.txt is the file with list of the packages to be installed or upgrade
- run under the file or full path for the .txt file
#sudo pip install -r text_mining_requirements.txt --upgrade
-for win users please ignore "sudo" and probably will need to be opened terminal under administrator for upgrade.
