Some SVG images are broken

This one is entirely on me; filing to note that I've recognized it and will fix. I pushed the main set of commits from my local branch that moved the remainder of the PNG illustrations to SVG, except for the Emoji doc (which has its own issues). Evidently not a small number of those require some fixing and weren't yet ready for prime-time.

(Mainly that's an issue of noticing that the example fonts, typically Noto, have altered some shaping behavior by moving things from one feature to another or redrawing; I just look for alternate examples in the updated font and use those as the source sequences when generating the images. Not hard; just need to get to it.)
