Describe the bug
--unusedInModule not working

OS: Windows/Powershell

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

ts-prune -e -u

Expected behavior
(used in module) errors will not appear in the console

It looks like this change simply isn't published into npm as far as I can tell.
