EvoGUI v0.2.0

This release adds localization, as well as the ability to see the current time of day and light brightness. It now looks like this:

Fixes issue #1, wherein the displayed seconds and minutes were, um... a little derpy.

This is EvoGUI v0.1.0. It does everything it's supposed to do, including exception handling and namespacing.

It took an hour to write and another half-hour to get right, but now it's fine.

Package was exported with git archive -o EvoGUI_0.1.0.zip --prefix=EvoGUI_0.1.0/ v0.1.0. It's that simple.
