Where do I start?

1. Get a development environment set up (only once). Choose an option:
   • Use a development container
   • Use tools I have installed already
   • Use GitHub Codespaces online (this option is not yet ready)
2. Launch the How to Data control panel.
3. Use that control panel to do any of these:
   • Browse site stats and data
   • View, create, and edit site content
   • Rebuild the site to preview your changes
4. When you're ready to share changes with the project maintainer for inclusion in the official site, here's how to publish them.
