Create initialize.py file to automate configuration of yaml files for deployment #61

The initialize.py file should:

  • Get the number of CPUs for both the master and worker nodes
  • Get the amount of memory for master/worker nodes
  • Create yaml config files in host_vars
  • Modify the configuration of the slurm config files
