Fedora 35 is incompatible with NEURON 8.0.0, so #27 will disable testing that combination. This is (at least) because neuronsimulator/nrn#1521 has not been backported to an 8.0.1 release.

(Fedora 35 is currently also broken with NEURON master: neuronsimulator/nrn#1525, but that is a different issue that should be fixed soon.)

When there is a newer NEURON release than 8.0.0, we should re-enable testing it against fedora:latest.
