Reuse apollo-server-h3 package #7

Instead of re-implementing the h3-apollo integration, it would be nice to reuse https://github.com/lewebsimple/apollo-server-h3. In this way we could bundle forces and only maintain one such implementation.

Update: there is now https://github.com/apollo-server-integrations/apollo-server-integration-h3 which supports apollo/server v4
