App list view: filter by supported Nextcloud version

ATM you can filter by "featured" and "my apps". It would also be interesting if you could filter by apps that run on a specific nextcloud version. The default should be "All" then Nextcloud versions should be listed in reverse order (11, 10, 9)

Because the filter and sort row is becoming a bit overcrowded, everything that has to do with filtering should be moved to a second row

This would even makes sense as the default view for the appstore website.

Everyone browsing to site is seeing the latest major supported apps by default, rather than being shown all apps on all versions.
