Birthday date with year omitted has weird formatting

Describe the bug

There is an extra comma that is usually followed by the year, but since it is omitted it looks weird.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new contact with a birthday date
2. Tick the "Omit year" checkbox and save

Expected behavior

The comma shouldn't be there when viewing the contact birthday.

Actual behavior

There is a comma.
