persistence.existingClaim not picking up the PVC

I am trying to install on kube 1.29. I have the following defined in my helm values.

  nextcloudData:

And I have applied the follow to the cluster in the namespace nextcloud to create the PV and PVC

For some reason it does not pick up the PVC when I apply the chart. The redis and mysql claims are working but not the nextcloud pod claim.

Any help spotting what I'm missing or doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.
