[Bug]: Clicking a file in "Recommended..." in "Dashboard" only causes a wheel scrolling and not opening the file

Bug description

Clicking a file in the Recommended... list only causes a wheel to scroll and nothing more - the file will not open.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Dashboard!
2. Click a file in Recommended...!
3. See the scrolling wheel that would never stop scrolling!

Expected behavior

The file would open after clicking it.
