Disable admin email notification for new users ?

In short, how can I disable email that is sent when new user registered, I do not need this ?

It would be great to have this modification.

We have configured the Registration App to route all users into a particular Group. That Group regularly checked.

So while it was useful at first to have the "email to admin group" - it is now "noise", and we would prefer to switch it off.

@Ivansss @nickvergessen it looks like @obourdon has a proposed solution for this bug but didn't make a pull request. Would you be able to test & merge it if it works?

If you want I can also try doing this myself, but I fear it will take me a while to get the whole local setup working, and I'm also not familiar with the code base.

Well I can't really as that would violate his copyright, unless he confirms it's okay
