Can't generate apptoken in security settings

Caused by #12167

1. Go to your security settings
2. Try to generate an apptokens
3. Do not see your actual new apptoken.

The form is actually there it is just hidden.
Probably weird JS/CSS magic at play

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #10053 (Move password change to security settings), #7378 ([personal settings] Move "Change password" to "Security"-settings ), #10572 (Fix security settings if password change is disabled), #543 (X-Frame-Options set to Deny issues a security warning), and #1048 (security tips link in admin settings doesn't do anything).
