Describe the bug
Columns relevant for sample information are spaced far from each other in the manifest

To Reproduce
The highlighted columns in the manifest (screenshot) are all related to sample information i.e. individualID, specimenID, parentSpecimenID, aliquotID. But they are placed far from each other in the manifest requiring the researchers to scroll back and forth in the long sheet to find out which column is most suitable for the information they have on hand.

Expected behavior
All columns related to each node of the data model should be grouped together, e.g. individualID, specimenID, parentSpecimenID, aliquotID, bodyPart, organ, tissueType, tumorType, isCellLine, isprimaryCell should be grouped together and possibly in the order of hierarchy.

In the current setup, researchers have the ability to manually move around the columns to create the most convenient column order in the manifest. But I am not sure that external researchers are aware of that capability.
