List the new key
Key:Experiment Object

Provide definition and source for the new key
Definition: The Experiment is the collection of all the BioAssays that are related by the ExperimentDesign.
Source url: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/ontologies/ncit/terms?iri=http%3A%2F%2Fpurl.obolibrary.org%2Fobo%2FNCIT_C44173

Please describe why this concept is necessary
Note: this is not necessary just yet. This issue is to invite discussion.

  1. I do not envision additional annotation burden for external folks since potentially the "Aim" component of the Data sharing plan could be used to automatically apply this annotation for future/recent projects.
  2. For older projects this will provide a way to validate manifests for folders that were created before DCA existed.

Please describe the situations in which this concept may apply
Use case 1: nf-osi/NF_data_curator#166 (comment)
Use case 2: https://sagebionetworks.slack.com/archives/C6KQHAGJX/p1697061028590579
Use case 3: NF-OSI processed datasets also have multiple file types and reports that are generated from one individual run. If all of them fall under one experiment object, maybe there is an opportunity here to port relevant annotations across filetypes?
