Implement 'search within' toggle for map search.

When a BB search box is drawn, the spatial results that show on the map are good.

These should also be the priority results that are returned in the search results on the right. What's happening now is that any BB box search returns the exact same results, because the returned results have global bounding boxes.

Solution here is to implement a check box for 'search within' (returns only resources with bounding box contained within the search box) and 'intersects' (which is what its doing now'.
