Why does it ask for the .watsonrc in my home directory? #255

So, I just pulled my project onto another computer, used bundle install to install watson-ruby and then ran watson. It could (for obvious reasons) not find the .watsonrc in my home directory, but why does it need to? There is one in the directory I'm running it in.
