Image shrink between Portrait and Landscape

Hi,
I'm having a problem with the lightbox. If we have images in landscape and portrait format, the portrait image is scaled to the size of the parent div for 1 second (and twists) before the parent div adapts to the propotion of the next image in landscape format.
Do you have any solution ?
