Describe the issue

This is only a minor issue, however with Microsoft Edge when it's fullscreen, if you use the 'Element Picker' or 'Element Zapper' tools they change the size of the fullscreen window by adding invisible 7 pixel borders to the sizes and bottom of the window.

Before using 'Element Picker' or 'Element Zapper' tools:

After using 'Element Picker' or 'Element Zapper' tools:
(The red areas show the invisible borders where whatever is behind Edge is can be seen. In this case a plain red background)
after

Steps for anyone to reproduce the issue

1) Open Edge and click the middle 'Fullscreen' button in the top right to ensure Edge is full screen

2) Go to any webpage

3) Go into the uBlock Origin extension

4) Click on either the 'Element Picker' or 'Element Zapper' tools

5) Clicking on the tools adds invisible 7 pixel borders to the sizes and bottom of the Edge window and whatever is behind the Edge window can be seen
